Have you borrowed a book from another library and your patron has lost it? Fear no more! We have a form for that! All you need to do is let the leading library know about the item, then download, fill out, and send in the form to Missy. The Pathfinder Interlibrary Loan (PILL) Replacement form is an excellent way to make sure our libraries retain their materials.
Replacement forms need to be filled out by the library that borrowed the item. If you need an item replaced please contact the borrowing library.
